1 Introduction and General Information

winbd3.com (referred to as "Platform" or "we") is an online entertainment and sports betting platform in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between the platform and the user.

2.3 One Person — One Account

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or from the same device and IP address, all of them will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on winbd3 you must provide accurate and complete information. Details provided at registration, such as name, date of birth, and mobile number, may be verified at a later time.

3.2 Password and Account Security

Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility. You should never share your password with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact winbd3 support immediately. winbd3 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use.

3.3 Account Suspension or Cancellation

winbd3 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to secure winnings through fraud or dishonest means
• Attempting to hack an account or manipulate the system
• Proven to be a minor
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on winbd3 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The payment method used at the time of deposit must be used for withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

After accepting any bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. winbd3 reserves the right to hold withdrawals or request additional verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility to transact in any other currency.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total ৳2,500); depositing ৳8,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 (total ৳13,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw. If the wagering requirement is not met, you cannot withdraw from the bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, or helping others claim bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Promotion Changes

winbd3 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any existing promotion at any time. Each promotion may have its own separate terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.

6 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

winbd3's VIP program has a total of five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

There is an opportunity to move up to a higher tier based on regular activity and betting volume. Cashback will be credited to the account automatically and is withdrawable from that account.

winbd3 reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Fair Play Policy

winbd3 is committed to ensuring a fully transparent and fair gaming environment. All games are tested and operated using secure technology. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology without any manual intervention.

7.2 Technical Issues

7.3 Prohibited Activities

12 Service Changes and Termination of Agreement

12.1 Service Changes

winbd3 may at any time change the nature of its services, game list, payment methods, or other features. Registered users will be informed in advance of any significant changes.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure
